Return of Merchandise - Within 14 days of delivery, contact us for a request for return. Restocking fees may apply, depending on the circumstances and the item. Other than warehouse error or shipping damage, the customer is typically responsible for return freight charges.
Damaged Merchandise - Contact us immediately if a product arrives to you damaged. A claim must be submitted with the shipping company according to their own regulations. We will work with you, the freight company and the builder to resolve the situation.
